Teppan Edo and Dining Plan

So I have a quick query.

I was just going over my dining details for our trip that is coming up in 36 days and noticed that only select DP's can be used at Teppan Edo. We are using the regular DP (1 TS & 1 QS). I am positive that when I booked Teppan Edo our DP was usable. Now I look and only Deluxe plans and up are usable. :eek:

I thought that all credits are the same and the only difference between the different DP's are the number of credits that you receive?

Am I wrong?

Can somebody in the know possibly confirm this?

Where did you see only Deluxe Dining plan or above will be accepted? Just curious because I just looked on the official Disney site and it still says Disney dining plans accepted.
Also I have never heard of anyone not being able to use the regular plan there recently. I think you will be fine and it's just a misunderstanding. Usually if they have a contract to be on the dining plan they accept all the plans except of course the quick service dining plan. :)

It says that DP's are accepted, but when you click on it to see what dining plans it only shows deluxe and up. It came as a complete surprise to me.

It counts as 1 TS credit.

I think it's a glitch in the site (someone forgot to put it in). Note, it doesn't have the dash like the other categories do...it's just blank.

If you are truly concerned, just call 407-WDW-DINE. They can tell you.

Hmmm I would not worry, and you can always call and ask a Cast Member on the Dining line. Sometimes they do not know either or tell you the wrong thing too though. Lol. I really think it's still included though and would not worry too much. Hopefully someone that has recently dined there can give you an answer. :)

I will probably give a quick call tomorrow. Its not really too big of a deal to me, definitely not anything that will cause any disruption to our fun at WDW.
