Temporary/Recurring?

Temporary/Recurring, I'm guessing you mean seasonal cast members are those used for special events, peak season i.e Spring Break, Holidays, Summer Vacation ect. high capacity days. Technically pre covid you had to do at least one shift a month in order to be considered Temp CM and still be in the system for those busy months. The vast majority of these people either had a second job which was their main source of income and only did this for the perks offered by being a CM, or they were retired local over 65 CM's who physically just didn't want to work everyday in the sweltering sun. Post COVID, who knows who these people are. When furlough began these were the very first people to get terminated since they weren't full time anything. Now the vast majority of these people worked turnstiles, park crowd controls, and on occasion extra hands for F&B on peak days. However a lot has changed in the last 2 nearly 3 years with the company and the parks so I can't confirm or deny you any of that information.

I am. I work for runDisney and am required to work race weekends but I am also required to pick-up a total of 150 hours between 1/1-12/31 to retain my status.
