Teens at WDW?

Have there been an Disney ads targeting teenagers? (or the parents of teenagers) I can't remember if I've seen one, and IMHO it might be cool to emphasize all the good clean fun-- much of which is not babyish, that teens can have at WDW.

when you say advertisement, your not clear on what you mean by advertisement. But when your driving in wdw, there is a really cool tztot display with an elevator and people shaking, I'm 19 and think its really neat.

Aside from the current commercial for the parks, which includes Mission Space, etc that has a pair of pre-teen type boys in the opening, it seems to me that I remember whenever RnR and ToT have ads on they use a lot of tennagers to show that the attraction would be really exciting for them.

I am 16 going on 17 and i find nothing more interesting than Disney, I have decided already at such a young age to dedicate my life to it. If you really want to know about "targeting teens" I think that Mgm is one of the more Teenage friendly parks.

I think for disney newcommers it would be good to catch the attention for teens but as for me, im 16 and i think people that would be considered "regulars" at disney, go back for that kidish stuff, my friends that have never been to wdw say, oh its so childish, but, that "childish magic" is what makes it so great. and i guess u have to start give it chance when your younger in order to appriciate that your never too old for disney world. everyone needs to find the kid in them at one point in time. :sohappy:

I must say, I love Disney even as a teenager, and coming since I was a year is probably the main reason for that. I've only heard one person in my grade (seniors in HS) say they didn't like WDW, everyone else gets jealous when they say I'm going. I think for first timers MGM should be the target of advertising, but for those teens who've been coming their whole lives, there's no need to advertise, we're hooked on all the different types of magic. :sohappy:

Does LUKE ring any bells?

**shudder** I'm a 17 year old girl, pretty much one of their main targets for this Luke fellow, and all I wanted to do the whole video was grab him but his pretty long surfer hair and tell him to shut up.

I LOVE that ToT sign!!! I can remember the first time I saw it, I thought it was REALLY cool!!! As far as advertising for teens...other than for the "thrill" rides (ToT, RnR, etc) I can't recall any directed specifically at teens?? And while we're on the topic of teens at WDW...I must say that ALL the teens I've ever encountered while at WDW have been very courteous and friendly....I don't know if it's the MAGICAL atmosphere or what, but they always seem happy and courteous....I darn sure CAN'T say that for other parks like Six Flags, etc...just thought I'd give some "props" to the teens!!! :sohappy:
