Tattoos in the Kitchen

Churro!

hi there! so I'll be starting culinary school in just a few months to be a pastry chef and I'm already looking into "externship" options. I've been really interested in working at Disney for some time now and I don't want anything interfering with any employment opportunities.
I have been planning to get a small tattoo on my hand/wrist of some Roman numerals that have special meaning to me. I was wondering if being a back of house employee has any influence on tattoo visibility --I've heard people say that some of the chefs don't cover theirs-- since there seems to be a strict policy on body alterations.
any answers can help, please and thank you!

It depends. I know they allow you to wear a long sleeved undershirt, but those are for arm tattoos. It's best just to let them know.

To be honest, I was working with one manager and he would only cover his up if he knew one of the admins were going to show up. Even then sometimes when they would spy on us, he would still have his tats showing. So I guess it depends, being in the back of the kitchen it shouldn't matter.
