Tattoo policy - Movers/Parade Performers

Hi everyone, new to the boards here. I've been trying to gather info on Disney's tattoo policy in regards to members of Entertainment- specifically Movers and Parade Performers. I understand that visible tattoos are 'strictly forboden' (Bring It On reference haha). I am a male and have a tattoo that falls off the shoulder, high on the back of my upper arm. In a normal t-shirt it is not visible, unless say my arms are raised up and the sleeve were to fall down.

My guess would be that a male Mover would never be costumed in any sort of tank top, revealing the armpit. I am curious what their policy is on this as I have seen some, if not most, male Movers in costumes with longer sleeves. I can't help but wonder if it was a deliberate choice to make the costumes with longer sleeves.

Does anyone, preferably past or present cast members have any knowledge on this? I know that each situation is of course unique, especially when it comes to face characters. I just wasn't sure when it came to Parade Performers and such. Can anyone clear this up? Thanks!

Thanks. I did already stumble upon this document. I wasn't sure if anyone knew of specifics [from experience] in terms of Male Movers, as in Entertainment it kind of seems to be handled on a more individual basis.

Same policy applies to all CM's.

Quite a few movers have tattoos that are either hidden in costume, or can be hidden by an armband or something. Your particular tattoo doesn't sound to be something that would cause a problem.
