It appears that the 1-21-06 rumor is correct and the last show on that day will be the last show of Tarzan Rocks! Sigh, I am so sad, I will do my level best to be there that day...

you need to see it at least once. I like it because I like the music from Tarzan so much. It's loud enough in there that you can sing along and no one else can hear you.rainfully said:

Well the rumor is Nemo..I hope not, I have also heard that they may put a Narnia show in there too.... I have no idea how they would do that, but I'm not in charge of it

Ummm... I mean how sad.
It seems I'm The only one that feelth it was the worst attraction Disney could of every thought of for Tarzan. Hopefully They will make another attraction in AK for Tarzan and HOPEFULLY it won't Suck.

Anyway, I hope I will be able to attend the final performance as well! I am extremely curious as to which singers get to perform in the final show. I know many many people dislike this show, and I respect that. However, this is my favorite show and I have been dreading this day for a few months. I will surely miss this show!

Does anyone have pic of Jaun and Bill since I don't know them. I love the show and will miss it. I agree with Scott, it's probably because I love the music. When we were there in Dec, my wife stated she has grown tired of the show :brick:

Even though I personally am not a HUGE fan of the show, I have to give credit where credit is due, it is a pretty good show... One of the better ones on property if you ask me. I honestly can't see them pulling off anything better than whats currently there... They've tried (and failed) at Jungle Book, they're now ending Tarzan's run... What's left? Disney only has a handful of animal-based films and Lion King is already running on the other side of the park.
I know the rumors point to Nemo, but I just don't see that working out very well... There isn't even any music in Nemo is there?
If they're taking out Tarzan, they might as well just tear down the entire theater... It's a poor location that doesn't (thematically) fit in with any of its surroundings anyway. (But that's a whole 'nother rant.)
All I'm saying is that even though it isn't -everyones- favorite show, it has a pretty decent following and honestly isn't that bad of a show. If you ask me, they are much better off leaving this show as-is than trying to stick something else in there... especially if that something is Nemo.
PS- How solid is this final date? I'd like to be able to see it one last time.
