Talk about picky!!

I just remembered this site after seeing a thread in here called Disney Blues.

Don't get me wrong, I love this site...it can keep you occupied for hours, just reading up on everything. Talk about over critical though! These guys find everything wrong with the parks! Well at least their nit picking seems to have an efect, alot of the things they point out usually get fixed.

Yeah..that sites been around for a looooooooong time....its a site for people to complain...go figure..

That site is so rediculous(sp?) that its hilarious. They point out a few bad things, which aren't even bad as you have to search to even see them, and then claim Disney is run down, or something. Apparently the guy has never been to a Six Flags park.

Why?

Why IoA NowInc??? I think Islands is a superb theme park, that is the closest to Disney you can get without having Mickey. Although i agree that its demographics are wacked out, the idea of comparing IOA (a fanstastically themed park, with excellent dark and water rides, and world class coasters) to a six flags park (NO theming, crappy flat rides, and good coasters) is kind of unfair.

I never said it was a BAD park...its just in bad need of some major rehabbing. I have been going there ever since day 1 and I can tell you that it is quickly deteriorating..pain is scratched off...graffiti is out of hand in some spots...water is an ugly brown color in other places....

WDWBlues.com is a perfectly good site. And the things that they show are not minor...you notice them every time you go to the parks. And it's a good way to let Disney know that we see their problems...things that are quite embarassing.

If you don't like it, no need to complain that it is terrible - I mean, just don't visit it!

It's only a different genre of Disney sites.

I agree...it IS a nice site to point out the "dirty" side of the parks....a LOT of people see it and think that because its noe the average "fan" site that its horrible. In reality...The guy who runs the site is a HUGE disney fan and only made the site to try and point out things so that they could get FIXED...

Besides, someone who makes and dedicates so much time to a Disney site is someone who likes the park, concerns about it and preocupates in the mistakes and wants to fix them or at least suggest their fixing.
But guys, it's obvious you've never been to park out of the U.S , then you'll really know what an poorly mantained park looks like. IoA, Busch Gardens, Sea world, etc they are all great parks, compared to Disney they look insignificant I know, however they are world's best amusement parks.
