Since the Wind Rises is being released in a few days under Disney's Touchstone label, I have decided to bring up Studio Ghibli's latest film: Tale of Princess Kaguya by Isao Takahata. I'm really interested in this one, much more than Wind Rises, and wondering if Disney will have the courage to be the ones to dub this. They seem to be distancing themselves from Ghibli, after letting other companies do the films they didn't want to do: like Poppy Hill, about two teens who fall in live but realize they might be related. The movie does feature bare butt babies and breastfeeding, but I don't see the harm in Breastfeeding. This movie is about the Princess Kaguya, who is found in a bamboo stalk by a woods man and is adopted by him and his wife, and later as she grows up she faces suitors from around Japan. Have a trailer, because it's gorgeous.

So, does anyone know if Disney will do this?

looks like some serious oscar pleasing stuff. The art style alone is going to win so many over. Seems like this little risk in the storybook like artystyle is going to pay off big time for Studio ghibli.
