taking my girlfriend for her first time visit to EPCOT!

On Monday Im taking my girlfriend to Epcot - while this is my countless time there...this is her first. my question is what attractions should i take her besides the obvious and which ones should i skip? cause there is no way we are going to see EVERYTHING! Even though i know what to expect she doesnt and i want to make this a special day for the both of us. Just want to know everyone's opinion on what our day should consist of. :wave: thanks!

Depends - does she like thrill rides or shopping? Definitely do Soarin', and I think the Land is the epitome of what Epcot really is. Try to spend at least a couple hours over in World Showcase - let her pick out her favorite countries. Get a pastry from France and a beer from England, and buy her a special keepsake to commemorate her first visit, lmaybe a dated Christmas ornament. Don't rush - take time to enjoy her reactions. Have fun!!

How about dinner at the San Angel Inn in Mexico ( a very romantic setting).

- Definately take her on the world showcase, especially to France and Italy.

- Watch illuminations

- Take her for a nice dinner

- When you get there surprise her with something.

- Let her choose what else she wants to do, after all it is her first visit.

It might be a good idea to alternate in between WS and FW a couple of times if you have time (ie. do FW west, then go through WS, then do FW east later on) - that will help spread out the attractions over a longer time and also leave something to look forward to at the end of the day.
