Taking my daughter to Disneyland Paris this Xmas

I am taking my daughter to Disneyland Paris this Christmas, I have been twice already and Im a major Disney fan. This will be a first trip there with my baby. She will be 17mths. We are staying on site. But I am wondering whether she will be allowed on most of the rides. Obviously not the rollercoasters.
I'm also wondering whether they have Buggies. That you can hire, Does anyone know whether you pay to use them etc. And are their height restrictions on the rides. I will be going along with my husband so will have to take it in turns to go on the big rides.
