The new restrictions make it slightly less awesome (V&As no longer accepts), but it still can be a very good deal. If your restaurants are on the accepted list, and you are eligible to purchase (Fl. Res, AP or DVC), and you estimate to spend more than $500 at the accepting restaurants, it's a no brainer. But it's mostly TS restaurants (a few exceptions like AK and resorts that have no TS) so you do need to run the numbers. But for a party of 4, I can easily see spending $80+ per dinner, so 6ish dinners would be a safe breakeven point. Even less if you drink, or want apps/desserts, etc. Anything past that is pure savings. They are good for 13 months so if you can plan 2 trips before it expires the second trip is usually pure savings.
