I booked with one Disney TA but have not been happy with service - is it possible to have your trip transferred to a different TA?

Sounds like a recipe for an even bigger disaster than sticking with the bad service...

You best bet is to let the current TA know you're not happy, and ask them to give you the numbers so you can take over the planning for yourself.

And you'll know better for next time.

If the TA you are working with is not the owner of that agency, contact the owner and explain your issues and let them handle it. You should tell the TA too.
