A little frustrated... just spent last hour or so trying to do a simple ticket purchase with no luck. Attempted to do it through the website, but kept getting an error message at the payment page asking me to select a method of payment (had both credit card and reward redemption card info in already). Tried the online chat option, who had me switch browsers, clear cache, etc. with no luck. She told me to call in - I asked if they'd be closed since it was after 10 EST but she said they were open until 11 EST. I called and the CM I spoke to tried to transfer me to ticketing but they were not responding. She tried to do the ticketing herself, but the system would not allow it for her either. Her best advice is to call tomorrow. Good thing I'm a few days out of my fastpass window I guess.
