Going in February with 10 family members. What a nightmare this is going to be to try to sync our fast pass+?

I think if you list them all as family with ticket info and the like on one My Disney Experience account, it should work out OK.

As George said, you'll have to link everyone to everyone else.
The key is to set up profiles for everyone on the MDE site *first* before you try and do anything. If it's families with children, perhaps designate one adult in each family to be the "primary" person for that family. They can then create "managed by them" profiles for each member of the family. After that, you can then link to each other using "add a mutual friend" feature.
If it's all adults who'd want to "manage" their own profiles (with login accounts on the Disney site), you can set up profiles for them in your account, click on the "invite" link, and use their email address. Once they accept, ownership of the profile will move to them.
Oh, and once you're all linked, you can have one person make FP+ for everyone at once, if that's what you want. You can also set up FP+ for some people and then copy those to others later on.
