Symphony of the Seed

The Symphony of the Seed piece composed for Listen the Land by George Wilkins is one of my all-time favorite pieces of music composed for a theme park. It's a derivative of Listen to the Land, and it's beautiful.

This version has the best sound quality I could find, although the overlapping sections are a bit annoying annoying.

However, I have never found any evidence that this piece was ever played anywhere in EPCOT Center, and I only know it exists because it is on the E82-The Epcot Legacy Land playlist. From what I can tell from old POV videos, it was never played during the Symphony of the Seed portion of the ride (now the thunderstorm, for those who don't know), which instead had a version of Moline singing Listen to the Land without those kids from the original, which is nice, but no Symphony of the Seed. Does anybody know why this was never used? It feels like a marni question, but if anybody has any info, I'd really like to know.

Not sure why..However another version was used in the 52 min version of the Innoventions loop..From what I have been told this version played in MouseGears hat room area before they stopped playing it..But, it does have a version of Symphony of The Seed that was in this loop..

Lovely! I prefer the orchestral to the synth, but I'm glad to know it was played somewhere!
