Long story short , spouse went in wanting part time , offered full time and took it. With my health issues , it's not working out. I have 2 back to back surgeries coming up starting in May. Quitting really isn't an option because medical bills are pouring in. He is in his 90 days , is there anyway he could go to part time?
A little background at his current FT position they are doing mandatory OT 6 days a week and starting next week 11 hour days. He was told FT was 32 hours and he asked twice and the recruiter "guaranteed" it is 32 hours , " but if you want more they are short and have extra hours". At that time no mention of the 6 days a week , 11 hours a day or he would have turned it down and stayed with the PT parking attendant.
