As to your last question, there's been no announcement, but given what just happened at Sports, maybe for the food court. Most of the values have rolling refurbs of the outside and the rooms.

Was the free dining bounceback still available if you switched resorts ? Just wondering because we also booked a bounceback for next September.

Awesome! From reading your reports, you seem to mostly do moderates. Going down to a value might be a little different, but you will enjoy your stay no matter what! A lot of people on here like to complain about All Star resorts for some reason?!? We stayed at Movies this past Nov in the Toy Story buildings and had a fantastic time! Don't let people's comments on here scare you off! From reading on here, I was very nervous arriving and staying at the resort, but I didn't find anything I could complain about! Would def stay again, although we are trying out Pop this spring!

Before I was DVC, I've stayed at All Star Sports, Movies, CBR, Dixie Landings (back when it was), and POFQ. While a value would not be my first choice, I would not hesitate to stay there if nothing was available. The room is a place to sleep, the food courts are fine, and you're still in the magic. No worries!

I have stayed at all the values, three mods and three deluxe. We have never had any trouble at Movies. The kids love the theme, it is big and bold. The rooms are clean, buses are good and food court has lots of options. I think you will be fine. Have fun!

I stayed at All Star-Sports over Veterans Day weekend. If you go knowing there is no on-site table service restaurant nor coffee pots in the room, you should be satisfied. (When I was last there no refrigerator but I've been told that all rooms have them installed now.).

I wouldn't have a problem staying at a value again if I were looking to save on budget.

We were at Music last fall and I recall being told that they were next on the refurb list, I think just the food court tho. Music was fine, clean as we have always found the resorts to be. I did not like they lay out of the place but that is just my opinion. Sports feels like home to us because it is the value we have stayed at the most. We always go on a budget, we make the most of the room savings we can so we can enjoy other personal favorites. I would love to stay at POFQ or PORS soon tho, they are on my Disney Bucket list! However, if that does not happen then the values are it for me!

One plus is that Music sits literally in the same parking lots, smack in the middle of Movies and Sports, so if there is a food court refurb, it is a easy walk to either place for a quick bite to eat. Keep in mind that Sports is the first bus stop so if you get behind and a bus does not come for awhile hop on the sports bus if it comes first and walk to you resort. Easy stroll if you don't have sleepy kids!
