If you love dessert (especially chocolate), you'll enjoy these!
I went to the first one on Sunday October 2nd and it was wonderful! Our chef was Julian Rose of Montreal and he prepared white chocolate french toast with custard and raspberries for us. We also had a very unique and delicious chocolate mousse. It also includes a nice breakfast buffet beforehand with all kinds of goodies. Don't eat much before you come.
I recommend this experience highly. It's about three hours long and is in the Odyssey building. You get a complete copy of recipes for all the desserts prepared. They use cameras, sound, and video projection well just like on Emeril's show to enhance the experience. Epcot is such a special park that continues to amaze me!
