I've only watched one full season of Survivor (last season), so this is kind of confusing to me. I don't really understand Redemption Island, and some of the other things, but I'll learn! Excited for this season, and it sounds like it could be an eventful one!

I love Survivor and can't wait for another season. Sometimes I wish I could be a contestant, but I'l probably be the first person out since I wouldn't do well at the challenges.

I'm not optimistic after reading those articles... and some of the 'blood' links are a heck of a lot weaker than others. That's pretty uneven.

That may have been up there as one of the most exciting moments in Survivor history - every season usually has at least one "holy ****" moment but that one was CRAZY.

Rest assured, Jeff will explain ALL the twists and turns as they happen and you will have NO PROBLEM following along. If you could follow Sharknado, this will be cake.

But I do like the blood v water aspect. Something different. I always like to see some familiar faces - better this way than when they just put 1 hero or villain on a team. I'll be watching!

I'm looking forward to the new twists. Through the years the producers have been smart with changing the rules just enough to introduce new, interesting strategies while still retaining the essential core of the game. I'm fine with previous winners returning, but I could do without yet another season of Rupert. Ugh.

His game play was horrible.

Colton's season is one of the worst seasons ever. Now we get three returning players from that season!? Then we have Gervase and Tina Wesson who haven't played the game in over a decade!

I do not have high hopes for this season. The only glimmer is that Jeff Probst said on twitter that it is a good season and to stick with it.
