Surprising a friend at EPCOT for her birthday.

This spring, some friends of ours are going to Disney World for their daughter's birthday.
We just scheduled a trip for around the same time, and while we're not staying or traveling together, our trips will overlap for a few days.
We've already talked with our friend and decided it would be fun to make this a surprise for the birthday girl.

Any ideas of a fun way to show ourselves?
Thy have lunch reservations (which we'll miss) and dinner reservations (which the father has already secretly added us to) so I was hoping to pull some kind of amusing stunt in the middle there.

One idea I had was for us to go on Test Track earlier in the day and text the father our picture number and have him give it to the picture desk to have us pop up on screen, possibly holding signs or party hats.

Any other creative ideas?

So, Future World, perhaps? Hmm...

Possibly. The dad is onboard so we should have enough time to play with to get them into whatever part of the park we need them to be.
Doing something clever in Turtle Talk crossed my mind.

Doing DiveQuest and being on the inside of a Living Seas tank would be a good one (and expensive!), but only one of us is certified.

If you can arrive at Epcot before them, arrange for them to arrive by monorail and find out exactly when their train is arriving. Stand near the track (e.g. the walkway to World Showcase) with Happy Birthday signs.

Maybe a CM could get Crush to give her a birthday shout-out and imply that "someone" in the previous group had a friend with the same name and a birthday on the same day.

Dude, they want to do something nice and fun for someone they obviously care about. "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all."
