Surprise for 16th Bday

We will be at Disney just before our daughter’s 16th birthday. We will be staying for 7 nights splitting between Boardwalk and AKL. She LOVES all things Disney, HEA, fireworks in general, Epcot is her fav park, her dream job is working with Elephants at AK. She is a musical theatre kid.

All that to say - what would be the best surprise for her 16th. We are considering fireworks cruise, HEA dessert party, Elephant tour at AK.

What would you suggest? Things you’ve done that were perfect for a celebration?

Any of the tours would be fun. Wild Africa Trek pops to mind for a big deal tour. The elephant tour at AK is good, and you could do the starlight safari at AKL.
A fireworks cruise is definitely an awesome thing to do.
Get her a birthday shirt (Etsy has lots of options) and a pin when you arrive. Have a great trip!

I have no input regarding the 3 possibilities you mentioned in your second paragraph, as we have never done them, but we stayed at ASMusic in July of 2007 during our oldest daughter’s 16th birthday.
Shortly after we checked in, I went to the lobby and spoke with Ashley at the concierge desk/counter.
I related to her the plan was to rope drop MK on her birthday in 2 days and then we’d come back to our room for an afternoon break. I asked if she could arrange to have a few small things put in the room as a surprise when we took our break. She said of course, and I asked if she needed payment up front. She said that she didn’t and that she’d personally take care of it.
When we came back for that afternoon break on her birthday we were all a bit taken aback.
There were a few mylar balloons, half a dozen red roses, a Minnie Mouse plush, a Cinderella t-shirt a card from Cinderella, some key chains and I may be missing a coupla’ items (hey, I’ve slept since 2007 )…?! It was crazy…!!!!!
After a bit of celebrating, I went back down to the concierge area to settle up with Ashley. I was told by another CM that Ashley was not there and wouldn’t be back until next week, which would be after we had left WDW. I informed the CM of the situation and she told me there was no charge, as Ashley had taken care of it…!!!!!
We were totally blown away, and Ashley got a massive CM compliment.
Probably a total one-off in our case, but it never hurts to ask…!!!
