a shot in the dark but what if you lost the thing they sent in the mail? is it possible to show your ID and for them to look up the information or do you need the ticket you got in the mail? I'm 100% sure my mom threw it away when she came to visit me recently.. :brick:

You may want to give them a call. I believe when some people were not receiving them in the mail, someone called Universal and they were able to look them up with the email they used. It's worth a shot.

:sohappy: I called and all you need is your ID. I'm certain when either of my parents came to visit, they thought it was junk mail and threw it away. If anyone won and doesn't feel like looking for the tickets, just go to guest services!
