Super Mario Bros. (1993) movie on isn't on Disney+ yet

I know Universal and Illumination is producing a new animated Mario movie partnership with Nintendo to release next year.
But Disney still didn't not release Super Mario Bros. film (1993) for Disney+ yet I don't know why? Maybe next year the movie will finally release for Blu-ray/DVD for USA. As Super Mario Bros. (1993) movie will release on Disney+ as well in 2022.
