Super Bowl MVP "I'm Going to Disney World"

One of many things I respect about Wayne Gretzky is that he turned them down, preferring to savor the moment of winning the Stanly Cup with his team rather than worry about an advertisement (and the Great One clearly has no qualms about advertising and endorsements).

Cheers.

I thought that that was the most awesome commercial, I was laughing the whole time and looking at my dad, we were at a Superbowl party so the others were like why are you laughing hysterically? HAHA But I loved it I hope they play it more!

It's one of the best commercials of the night!

Now the big one... what will it sound like? I hope it's a SeaHawk saying those words!

I really liked it. Especially when it simply said "Dreams come true." :D Although, my favorite commerical of the night has to go to that one with the doctors, the diffribrilators, and the fly...

Now I see why Disney raised the ticket prices.

Not really - the ABC/DISNEY link allows them to run those at cost, and to sneak in extras during unpaid commercial slots. Add up the costs Disney has spent so far tonight (The "Im going to disney world") and the movie commercials (Cars) and you are guaranteed that Disney did NOT spend 5 million a minute for the commercials. That is one of the benefits of the tv-Disney connection.

The NFL buys the time slot from 6PM to usually 1030 PM. The NFL sells the time slots for the commercials not the station. I remember that from a special that was on the NFL channel about 3 weeks ago.

Gotta be Hines Ward tonight. I thought it was a very good game and I don't care what any of the sports talking heads say. A game doesn't have to be 45-41 to be a good game.

My favorite commercial was the Master Card commercial featuring MacGyver. The only 80s TV icon whose return in a commercial setting would have made me happier would have been Max Headroom. :sohappy:

My favorite is consistently the "I work with monkeys" careerbuilder.com commercials both this year and last...mostly cause it is about as direct a representation to the monkeys I have usually worked with prior to starting my own company than anything, and second, cause it makes me laugh out loud.

Can anyone upload it, I never watch the Superbowl. I watched the Simpsons and Family Guy marathon on Fox and am now watching the Puppy Bowl(What? It's really cute...).
