Just wondering if someone can tell me if the Sunrise Safari is only available to certain groups?

the kilimanjaro safari is an attraction in Animal Kingdom park and lasts about 10 minutes.
the Wanyama safari is a paid tour of the savana at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. it lasts about 1 1/2 hours, you are right there with the animals in a jeep type vehicle.
