Summer park hours?

Hello! I've been lurking around on the site for awhile now and finally decided to join just so I could ask this question, haha.

So I'll be going to Disney World in June and was checking out the park hours on the app to start planning out when to do which park. I noticed that the Magic Kingdom currently stays open until 11-12 pm but then suddenly in June it starts closing at 9 PM every night. This seems super early for it to close, especially during peak season.

My question is if this is only a rough schedule that will change as it gets closer to June or if the park really is just closing that early. With extra magic hours, Animal Kingdom seems to be open until about 1 AM every day so is that possibly why the other parks are closing so early?

They will extend hours, but recently this has often only been done 1 to 2 months out.

You'd figure for the busy Summer season they would have at least June hours out. I get where you are at. We are about the 60-day mark and park hours have not been set.

Yeah MK won't close at 9 in June. We encountered the same thing when we went last year during the end of May/beginning of June. Online said MK would be closing at 10 but they were actually staying open until 12am. Honestly, sometimes you won't know the exact hours until you get there.
