Summer Jobs @ WDW?

Hey all, I was wonderring- does WDW have some sort of a "summer job" program? I've got college the rest of the year, so I can only work the 3 months during the summer. How would one go about applying for this, if it's even possible?

Disney hires many thousands of people to handle the summer crowds. It is not very difficult to get a summer job. Just apply like you would for a year round part time job.

Just apply for a seasonal position w/ WDW. Be advised though- for summer jobs, they provide no housing help

another note, you can give a shot at the Walt Disney World College Program for the summer session. However, it is highly selective and usually only takes people that have been on the college program before. I would truly recommend taking the semester off of school and going on the college program for the five to seven months. You may not get paid much, but you won't have to worry about housing or transportation and it'll be an experience you'll never forget. If you want anymore information on the college program, summer or full sessions, contact your campus representative or feel free to ask myself as I am also a campus rep for SUNY Geneseo and I'll be happy to tell you about it. actually, the summer College Program was pulled summer 2001 I believe. Now it's Spring, Fall, and full year only

We still have it. It's on a very very limited basis and includes mostly, as i said, those alumni of the college program and also, which i didn't state, some advanced internships of which you do not need to be an alumni of the college program to take part in. I always get told by my recruiter to remind people applying that the summer program is still there, just very hard to get into.

Forgot to mention

When I was at WDW this CM that worked in the Mickey's Star Trader shop tried to get me to move to Orlando and work for Disney. I was flattered that she tried to recruit me!
