Question...

I already have a vacation booked for August 16-23. The recnently released discount Disney is currently offering is 25% off that room. If I take that discount, will I be “allowed” to take advantage of a possible free dining offer, too?

No. Free dining is not available with room discounts. You cannot combine promotions.
