...THE NINTH TROPICAL STORM OF THE SEASON FORMS IN THE GULF OF MEXICO... As of 10:00 AM CDT Fri Sep 13 the center of INGRID was located near 19.4, -95.3 with movement W at 2 mph. The minimum central pressure was 1000 mb with maximum sustained winds of about 45 mph.
