Suggestions when Disney is on the brain and you can't sleep?

Dear Disney-o-philes:

Usually I am OK, but tonight is another one of those nights. Disney is on the brain; I'm planning, I'm wishing, I'm dreaming, I'm thinking about different choices, money to be spent, etc.

I CAN'T GET TO SLEEP.

Any suggestions...I thought if anyone would understand, it would be the people on this site, typing away about Disney at 1:23 in the morning (EST).

Any help's appreciated :)

Wow!!! you must be really excited!!! Me 2 ! Our trip is in July .. and I am definitly excited!!! Whenever I get in the "I want Disney NOW" spirit...... I just have to watch tapes of my favorite things at Disney .. and then of course... look at pictures! And plus it is always fun to dream and pretend you are there! I am just kinda up ... becuase well I'm not tired ... but I'm here ... and I am right with you! I wanna go NOW!

Go to the disney website and play one or ten of their flash games. You will master them in no time and become a little sleepy, but still have fun while playing.

Sorry, no suggestions for getting to sleep quickly - unless you partake in lots of alcohol :)
I would suggest that you find a remedy quickly otherwise if you spend the next five weeks struggling for sleep you will end up being too tired to enjoy your WDW trip.

yea, i have this same problem a lot. not necessarilly about disney only, but about anything that i am focusing on before i go to bed. The solution,......... i guess this morning i deceided to give up on sleeping, and come look at wdwmagic.com.
