Suggestions on how to navigate MK with FP enforcement and Fantasy Land?

One day one shot at MK, will head back in 2014 for a week in Jan or Feb. Our kids begged for this, they even convinced Grandma to give them Disney Cards to use for Park Tickets in thier Easter Baskets. We are going to Naples FL anyway to stay with Grandparents so we agreed to stop in WDW on the way. One day in MK and 1/2 in DTD with lunch at T-Rex(our two year old thinks he is a dinosaur most days). They really want to see the new FL and eat in Beasts Castle (working on ressies for dinner, porbally not going to happen for a family of 6. Am willing to wait for BOG for luch while DH rides with kids)
We are staying at Homewood Suites Lake Buena Vista, arrive Thursday 5/24 got to bed early hit MK at 8:00 for rope drop at 9:00 on 5/25. MK has EE the day before and DHS has evening EMH and Star Wars Weekend that day, hoping for doable crowd. 1st time in 9 years off property but the free dinner, free Breakfest, free wifi, kitchen and a two room suite for two nights for 266.00 total sealed the deal! Hope we don't miss the resort.
My family:DH 33, Me 33 and 5 months pregnant, DS 8, DD 7, DD4, DS3 all at time of trip. Before you freak with the amount and ages of our kids, know they are park experts and can read the times guide and park maps like a pro. We do have a stroller but move fast and know our way. We will not be headed back for a nap but will rest on the Train for a few loops, many family naps on there. Will have been in the car for 14 hrs day before so will be rested and antsy! May or may not stay for Specro and Wishes at 9:00 and 10:00.
Now that you have lots of unneeded info please help us with a plan of attack. We have not been to the parks with the FP enforcement and FL open. Any advice on a plan will be helpful. Am thinking FL 1st and then TL but when and what to FP? Will all FP be gone early?
Thanks(:

The simple answer is we don't know right now. FP will more than likely not exist in the same way it does now in 2014. By then WDW should be fully switched over the NextGen system and paper FP will more than likely have gone the way of the Dinosaur. If all goes as planned you should be able to get your FP before you even get to the park.

Tentatively, I would plan on hitting FL rope drop and then go to Tommorland. You should be able to do most if not all of FL without using a single FP.

I was actually just planning this out yesterday. I'm doing 2.5 days in WDW next weekend and wanted to make sure that I hit all the big MK attractions. (I visited WDW for the first time in 3 years a few months ago, but I was only there for 2.5 days and didn't do a morning in MK due to my arrival time and accidentally sleeping in the next day...but I digress.)

My plan is as follows:

Shove breakfast into my mouth as quickly as possible in All Star Movies food court at 6 and immediately hop on a bus to MK. Wait in line for EMH at 7, and head straight for Fantasyland. Grab a FP for Peter Pan (just in case the lines at Little Mermaid are already getting long.) If lines at Mermaid don't get crazy, ride Peter Pan first, and then Little Mermaid, possibly handing off my no longer needed FP to someone else. Ride Pooh, then head over to Tomorrowland and ride Space Mountain. Then, hop on a monorail and zip on over to EPCOT for rope drop at 9, where I will walk briskly towards Soarin :)

Saving Belle for the next night when MK has EMH.

Good luck with your journey!

Get there when the park opens grab fast pass for Peter Pan or Mermaid and go to Enchanted Tales with Bell imediately. BOG is prob booked up unless someone cancelled 180 day reservations have been pretty full since it opened. It took me an hour and 1/2 to get through and get reservation for Dinner they day they started taking them for our Jan 3rd meal. It was really good though.
