Suggestions for off-day activities with a 4 yr old

On our "off-day" my DH is taking our oldest to Disney Quest to take advantage of our two free tickets. That leaves me and my youngest son with nothing to do for a good four hours or so until our ADR. We are going to take the boat from PORS to DtD with the other two before they head to quest and I plan to check out the lego store with the little one, but then what? He's not going to be interested in doing any major shopping. Does anyone have any suggestions for his age group, that are free or don't cost a lot? Most of the activities at the resort are for the evening.

I'm not overly familiar with DTD/Disney Springs, but here's an article with some ideas:

(BTW, @Ember, you don't hail from Mercer, PA, do you? I once student-taught a young lady there by that name. It was so unusual and pretty that it made our "top 5" when we were choosing names for our daughter, although we went with a different name in the end)...

You should look into activities at the fort wilderness campgrounds. They have a small playground, stables for cinderella's horses, pony rides. You can take a boat ride over from Magic Kingdom. Also fun to go play at the Lego store at Downtown Disney or rent some bikes at the Boardwalk or Port Orleans. Do some paddle boating. So much to do! Have fun!

Why not join them at Disney Quest? It'll be cheaper than buying something at the Lego Store

Go to AKL - Lots of activities there all day long all you need is KTTW card as they are not restricted to lodge guests.
