Um, I checked my Unofficial Guidebook and it says that attire is casually dressed. So I think a pair of good slacks like khakis and a nice summer shirt should do it. But it's not jacket and tie like V&A.
I was there in December and most women had dresses that weren't way to dressy and men collared shirts and black or khaki pants. It was an incredible restaurant though. I suggest the Shrimp lemon and feta appetizeri would go to wdw just for that again! Have fun and enjoy your meal!
Think of it this way... no one in their right mind wears dress clothes on a vacation... most people don't take them. As long as you're not wearing an undershirt and swimming trunks, you'll be fine.
Jeans are fine, khakis are fine, and any shirt with sleeves is fine.
Every place in WDW is like this. There is no "formal" dress code anywhere. Formal dress is reserved for park supervisors.
