No. But some of the retail outlets might, but I doubt it.

For the most part ppl lose track of what day of the week it is , or atleast I do when im on vacation, and Disney wouldnt think of closing if there is a dollar to be made.

No Blue Laws in Florida! As a MA native myself, I know you're used to stores closing at 5 or 6. But they are open much later in Florida.
