Stupid fast pass question

I live in the UK and am planning to visit WDW in May 2015 , I will be staying at The swan hotel and will be booking through Virgin holidays .When you book disney tickets through Virgin , you get a printed voucher that you exchange for a valid ticket at a disney park ; can I book past pass+ when I just have a disney ticket voucher or do I have to wait until I have the actual disney ticket. Also ,if you stay at The swan do you get wristbands ,because it's on disney property but not an actual disney hotel

You set up your MDE account with the booking confirmation number - everything will show up on there including the tickets. You don't need to wait until the tickets are physically in your hand to book FP as they'll be linked to your account. Any issues ring Disney's 0800 number quoting your booking reference

Also ,if you stay at The swan do you get wristbands ,because it's on disney property but not an actual disney hotel

I believe that you'll get wristbands issued on your arrival

When you log into your MDE account, you will have the ability to customize your MagicBands if you are eligible to receive them. I didn't think Dolphin and Swan guests were eligible. Hopefully I'm wrong.
