Ok, you see Figment on the ride, then you exit and go into the Figment store where there's everything you can possibly imagine that has to do with Figment. You decide to go and buy a stuffed Figment doll. He's kinda funny looking, and for a number of reasons:
1) The tips on his horns (which face forwards on the real Figment) now are turned backwards.
2) His arms are backwards (you can tell by looking at his thumbs).
3) His mouth is open WAY too much!!
If I were an imagineer, those would be a few things that I would change. It's been this way for years. I have 2 Figments. One from 1992 and the other from about a month ago (April 2005).
