Hi everyone!

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of other things to do if we decide to take a day off from the parks. We will be staying at the WL and have length of stay passes. I also have 2 little boys 3 & 5.

Thanks!:)

This is a MUST do for two little boys......$30.00 each they can go on kids fishing......100% guarentee to catch fish..... the guy that runs the thing is named Bill.....It runs from Community Center at Boardwalk....Call WDW-PLAY for reservations... He only takes a maximum of five children....He has an assistant on board and will take pictures....the pontoon boat has rails around entire platform. No moms or dads on the boat but they always anchor at a dock or wall to fish....a great time......they say it is one hour...Bill usually keeps them out about two...all gear and bait are provided and hehas drinks on board for them. My daughter goes fishing every time we stay more than two days.

There is a Pirate Cruise offered out of the Grand Floridian for children ages 3-10 which sounds like it would be fun. There is a list of kids activities at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/waltdisneyworld/resorts/kids/kidsprogramgroupingindex?id=FWRKidGrping .

We also like to walk around the Marketplace and Downtown Disney, go play Miniature Golf, and Resort hop.

You could also get an in room baby sitter one night and go to Pleasure Island or go see Cirque du Soleil. When I was young my parents got a baby sitter for my brother and me one night. I seem to remember having a good time and she also gave my parents all sorts of tips on the best times to hit the big attractions (I don't think that was a standard part of the service).

we used the in-rooms they are wonderful ..they will even take the kids down to the game room or playgrounds ..but they will not take them to the pool. they always brought special things too .. like barbie dolls and books to read. untill the girls were old enough for the resorts day care the in-room sitters were wonderful :)

DISNEY QUEST, DISNEY QUEST, DISNEY QUEST I love Disney Quest. Try the anamation classes (free with admission) you can even buy your artwork. I love the Pirates of the Caribean sim. and the Aladin sim.

Another great thing is Cirque Du Soleil, La Nouba. I have seen it 3 times. I love it. Also House of Blues has concerts and great food. Also try Bongos Cuban Cafe it is a must.

Also, at Downtown Disney there is Magic Masters (free to watch. very expensive to buy) and the Lego store. (what can I say, I'm a little kid at heart.)

Also, rent a Water Mouse Boat. (get it at Bay Lake, they go faster there)

All are great. But by far my fav. is Blizard Beach. (you go for a few hours and end up staying the whole day and come back again, it is that much fun.) (make sure to ride Teamboat Springs)
