Studios Street Performers?

Last year when we were in DS, we found the street performers (that's what we called them, never did learn any other name for them). They dressed in 30's style clothes and did some very funny routines. We are hoping we will find them when we go back in April.

Does anyone know if they are still performing? Or have they fallen victim to the "cuts"?

I'm pretty sure they are all still there. Several of them were there during Christmas.

they are such fun!!! we are going back in April too .. there maybe fewer of them ..but I bet there are still a few ..maybe on the busy park days?

Thanks for the info, turkey leg boy. If they were there at Christmas, I would think they'd be there during the spring break season. Hope so, anyway.

They are a hoot! They had my wife laughing so hard, she was crying!:lol:

Tinkrbel, if you'd lke, I'd be glad to let you know if they're still performing, in case you'll be looking for them. I believe we're going a week or two before you are.

heck ya let me know no2apprentice !! we had the best fun with them ..I have several on home videos ..and I love the statues over at WSC. .. 42 days to go .. 50 more trips to Wal Mart, WDW luggage tags are on the suitcases .. if not for this forum I would be a raving loony!!!

We were in WDW in Feb and yes the street performers are still at the studios and there were still street performers in the world showcase.

Much thanks, Loucifr. Last year I had dropped my camcorder at MK the day before we were at DS, and I didn't have a chance to replace it until the day after DS. I missed what would have been some great footage of the performers making my wife cry! I'm starting to plan for the trip this year, and this helps me approximate how much video tape to bring. Yes, they were they in Feb. Very entertaining! I really liked the Toy Story Soldiers.
