Studio Backlot Tour Refurb?

I know it has been a busy few days with the FLE news, but I haven't noticed anything that says Studio Backlot Tour was now closed. Usually there is a posting on the main page of this site that gives that info once the attraction is actually down. Can anyone tell me if it is closed yet, or still open? Thanks

Yes - the attraction is currently down for its annual refurbishment. Don't expect anything crazy because it goes down for the same amount of time every year (except for the year they bypassed the refurbishment during the construction of Star Tours). I'm pretty sure all they do is repaint that canyon scene because it's all black from the SPOILER ALERT: "fire"

Thanks for the answers, wasn't concerned about getting anything 'new' or improved, just hadn't noticed a 'now closed' like there have been in the past on the main page.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are more imagineers, project managers, and high level management checking out the area during this rehab... But I could be wrong..
