Struggling with plans for September 2018 trip

I'm taking my four kids 4, 9, 10, and 13 from September 14 to 23. We have decided on 2 days at each park, and one day Halloween party with the other day we ha vent figured out. We have our ten sit down meals picked out. 1900 park fare dinner, T-Rex, Minnie's seasonal dine h and v, Cape May seafood buffet, Chef Mickey, Tusker House, Crystal Palace, 50s Primetime, Boma, Biergarten. Obviously the restaurants that are in specific parks are the ones we would want to choose the day we are there. Our 180 day to make them final is March 18. I don't want to make plans to be in MK the days the Halloween parties are because we are planning late dinner times and don't want to buy anymore party tickets just to eat a meal. Any advice to attempt to finish planning and figure out what day to be where before March 18? We are planning on staying port orleans riverside and have all of our fp wish lists figured out per park but are struggling with what day to be where

Party nights are typically Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays if that helps with your planning. The only MK restaurant on your list is Crystal Palace and if you tried to book a dinner time on a party night availability would only show times prior to 6 pm (regular closing time on party nights.) There is a different ADR booking category for MK restaurants on party nights and you must have a party ticket to book an ADR.

That does help thank you I didn't want our two mk days to both be days where we would have to leave at 6. We decided to do Chef Mickey on our other MK day and are going to use the monorail. We are going to get tickets for a Halloween party but aren't going to go to a park before and are planning that one to have an early dinner at 1900 Park Fare to kick off that day with the step family.
My kids also wanted to stay at the Caribbean because of the pool but i don't want to chance it with the construction.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
Don’t know if you are getting the dining plan, but if you are it goes by nights of your stay. So you would only get 9 dining TS credits to use not 10. Just wanted that point that out. Of course you can always pay for one out of pocket too if you do get the dining plan that includes TS meals. ;)
