Stroller Purchase

I've read that strollers can be purchased at the theme parks instead of rented, but I've asked while at WDW and was always told that Disney only rents in their parks. Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase a stroller at a park?

If not, has anyone ever purchased one at Costco, Wal-Mart, etc. and had it shipped to their resort? We're coming from Canada with a large group for a birthday celebration and will need a couple of strollers. We're looking at all of the options besides bringing ones from home. Any suggestions?

You can buy $40 umbrella strollers at DTD.

They are also available at every stroller rental location in the parks. They are actually pretty good strollers as well and not a $10 Wal-Mart stroller with a $40 price tag.
