Nope! I am lucky if I can get in 3-4 days a week. I think I have too many things that I enjoy doing and I don't want to give anything up!

ETA: Good misdirect! I was not sure what this thread was going to be about! :D

Ha, me too! Scandalous!

...and yeah, I could never do it. Kudos to the guy in the article, but it definitely sounds like it's time for him to take a rest day here and there.

I was hesitant to click on it :D but then knew it came from Jill. That is a lot of commitment to not miss one day or training for that long. WOW.

Ha ha, I wasn't sure what to expect with that title :)
That is amazing... I could not keep that up, not with my kids, two jobs, my garden, all my pets and being a single mom 5 days a week...
I think if I can run 3-4 days a week without missing any runs that will be how I measure my streak.

I try and run 5 days a week, that is more than enough and when injured I rest. The man has permanent injuries he might otherwise not have had if he allowed his body a rest.

LOL, I'm not sure if I should be pleased that you trusted me or offended that you think I don't have a naughty side!
Glad I made everyone wonder though. :D
