Strange things happen when compsing using Word

Since the new design I have experienced some weird things if I compose a message in Microsoft Word then paste it into the thread.

I compose using the Verdana font, but it will paste it as Times New Roman. Then If I try to scroll down to change the font within the thread it often locks before I can get as far as Verdan (so I settle for Arial).

Also when I paste the font size may change half way through the post and the line space between paragraphs doubles up to two carriage returns instead of one.

I am using the Enhanced Message Editor Interface.

Anyone getting the same thing?

Word can put in some strange formtting characters. Best bet is to copy and paste it from something like Notepad that works in plain text.

Unfortunately Notepad can't correct my naff spelling :lol:
