Hi everybody! I have been hearing about some strange stuff happening there. My Dad said that he knows a manager that works with him, and she told him that some strange things are ahppening at ROTM. (Her sister works somewhere else at USF not ROTM,btw) Her sister said that lots of riders have been getting out of the ride:

1) With tons of scratches on their arms and legs and
2) Lots of people faint on the ride.

I have to say, but it looks like as though USF is having the same problem as MS opened, (but different situations) where lots of things went wrong with the riders. It's weird that people are getting of the ride with scratches...reminds me of 'The Sixth Sense".....ooohhh scary....BUT DO NOT take this literal!!! This is only a rumor!!!

Haven't heard about anything like it yet. You may want to try some UO sites and ask around there. I still don't understand how in the world a person could get scratches on their arms or legs, though I could understand how a person could faint (maybe they didn't know it was a roller coaster too?)

Personally, I think it's the curse of Kong.

Have you tried putting your hands up during the first coaster part. You really get banged around. Tifani knocked me in the head a few times with her elbow.

The wood used for the queue handrails is splitting too, so I'm sure splinters will be added to the list soon. Compared to Disney, I always find myself getting hurt more at Universal. At Disney, I have tripped and run into poles and things, but that is my own fault. Whenever I wear sandals to Universal, I'm always tripping, especially on the NY streets where they use the brick, and it's uneven. And when I'm walking through Toon Lagoon (by Popeye), it's like I have roller blades on my feet.

Very true. A man sitting next to me knocked me in the head right after the launch.

The curse is real! That whole place is a trap!

Seriously though, I haven't heard anything about people getting scratched up on the ride or fainting on it. Doesn't mean it didn't happen, but I'll keep my eyes and ears open for anything else about this strange info.
