Okay, for the last couple days around 5pm they have been doing the test runs. Right outside the attraction on the gift shop side. If you notice a whole bunch of Management types hanging out, then there are either doing them or getting ready to. You'll also see a couple of the imagineers as well. They will be dressed in street clothes and will not overly make themselves known.
They have been doing a lot of testing for height restrictions; so many people who have been picked had kids with them. Yesterday I saw them leading in small groups of families. Maybe 10-20 people at a time max.
Get your faimly group and head over to the launching pad about 4:00pm. Order some food and hang out, you can sit right there and get a good view of the area were the "Stitch opening fall 2004" sign is. If you see the people I mentioned above appear, head over there. Ask them if the great new ride is open, be smart about it. You want to appear as a fun faimly who's haveing a great day and wouldn't mind being split up for the test.
