staying at the dolphin

Hey everyone...staying at the dolphin in september and ive heard we wont get magic bands or fp+ is this correct? If we dont get fastpass+ is the normal fastpass still available? Weve been to Disneyland Paris and this is our first trip to WDW and we're slightly confused on the magic bands and fp+ .. If anyone could give me some more info, we would really appreciate it. Thank you

This is the latest
FastPass+ testing to begin at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels this month

No word yet on what the long term plan is at the Swan and Dolphin.
