Starting Your Own Disney Website???

Has anybody ever thought of starting their own website? Every once in awhile I think I'd like to try, but it seems so overwhelming. If you wanted to start your own website, how would YOU go about it (obviously knowing I would need a web address)?

Answer this question before you start, as it IS a lot of work:

How would YOUR site be different and unique?

If it isn't, its going to be lost in the other hundreds of Disney sites.

I've thought of it - I have alot of experience setting up websites for various organisation so I could technically pull it off. the problem is that I wouldn't know what market to go for. Obviously there are already well established forums, lot's of general information sites that have content collected from years of operation and pretty much anything else you can think of.

Any new website should either be a small ish fan site - just set-up for your own satisfaction or offer some completely unique service. If you think of something for the latter, let me know!!!!
