I see they have a hiring freeze on right now. I was thinking about coming down and trying for a job when they start taking people on. How much does an entry level CM make? Say in foods, retail, or attractions? How are the raises, and do you get one every year, what is the top out pay? Thanks in advance.

You'll make minimum wage (or just over that) starting as a front line CM in attractions and retail. Quick serve food and beverage makes a little bit more usually because those positions are usually harder to fill (the job isn't very appealing to most). I haven't personally worked there, so I don't know how the raises will work. I would think that you probably get a very small merit raise every now and again. At best though, it would be an annual raise.
