Starting pay?

Can anyone tell me what the average starting pay for a full-time Disney employee would be?

For example, what does someone who works in food start at? Or how about a character?

My friend plays a character and he said they started him at $6.25 a year ago.

I'm part time in Entertainment and I started at $6.85...so I imagine Full Time would be something a little over $7. As for the other positions i'm not too sure...
