Tubbis buffeteria in the Dolphin serves Starbucks coffee.

The Swan and Dolphin are owned by Westin, and every Westin I've stayed at has served Starbucks coffee...you may not be able to get a Venti Caramel Macchiato, but a regular or decaf house blend is usually available.
